Warranty & Repairs

Boutique Baltique gives a guarantee for all items for two years from the date of purchase as long as the buyer complies with the conditions of care and storage. With our guarantee, the item will be repaired or replaced by a new identical item or other item of equivalent value.

The guarantee does not cover the items that have been damaged due to improper use or failure of repair by the buyer. Please see our jewelry care guidelines here.

Within 14 days of your purchase, if you notice any manufacturing defect in your piece, we will gladly repair your jewelry at no extra cost.

If Your Boutique Baltique jewelry needs any repair due to other reasons, we are happy to help. Reasonable charges, if any, will be determined by the nature of the repair.
